Email support@yakari.co with your order number and any photos or videos if something isn’t quite right. We aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm NZST.

Follow @yakari on Instagram and TikTok for live build streams, artisan previews, and restock alerts. We host Q&As in Stories most Fridays—drop your questions and we’ll answer them on stream.
