Returns Policy

We want you to love your new build. If something is not quite right, our returns policy keeps things straightforward.

Change of Mind

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and tracking.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops an issue under normal use within 12 months, contact support@yakari.co with photos or a short video. We will organise a repair, replacement, or refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our team with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide next steps and the return address.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Custom cables and limited drops may have different eligibility windows, which will always be noted on the product page.
